Big Treasure!

"There is great treasure there behind our skull and this is true about all of us. This little treasure has great, great powers, and I would say we only have learnt a very, very small part of what it can do."~ Isaac Bashevis Singer

Keep learning. Keep growing.

Push Your Limits!

"The real contest is always between what you've done and what you're capable of doing. You measure yourself against yourself and nobody else."~ Geoffrey Gaberino

Measuring your current position and progress is critical so we can have a benchmark to improve upon.
Some sales organizations offer bonuses and such for doing better than the previous year.
Makes sense.
For the true sales person, the satisfaction is in "winning" over last year. The money is nice and is important however the motivation actually comes from an ego place. And knowing this as a business owner or sales manager is critical.

So measure yourself and or your team. Compensate well for doo g better than previous months and or years.
AND stroke the ego of that salesperson who has done better.
I guarantee you will see HUGE things happen.

And everyone will be glad you Just Did It!

You Have to Believe!

What happens when you don't believe in your plan or your product or your vision?

Belief is an important factor for reaching your goals.
Blind faith has provided people a feeling of hope in situations that would seem impossible.
When you have a plan that can be measured, and you believe in the execution of the plan, you become an unstoppable force.

Thinking big and having aspirations are not lofty.
When you have a team of people that you have purposefully surrounded yourself with, who believe in the same vision, you create magic.

Believe.

Spend it or Lose It

I got this from a colleague of mine via email and with his permission I'm sharing it with you. Enjoy!

Spend it or lose it   !!!!!!!!

Imagine that you had won the following prize in a contest: Each morning your
bank would deposit $86,400.00 in your private account for your use.

However, this prize has rules, just as any game has certain rules. The first
set of rules would be:

Everything that you didn't spend during each day would be taken away from
you.

You may not simply transfer money into some other account. You may only
spend it.

Each morning upon awakening, the bank opens your account with another
$86,400.00 for that day. The second set of rules:

The bank can end the game! It can close the account and you will not receive a new one and the game is over, without warning; at any time it can say, Its over,

What would you personally do?

You would buy anything and everything you wanted right? Not only for yourself, but for all people you love, right? Even for people you don't know, because you couldn't possibly spend it all on yourself, right? You
would try to spend every cent, and use it all, right?

ACTUALLY This GAME is REALITY!

Each of us is in possession of such a magical bank. We just can't seem to see it.

The MAGICAL BANK is TIME!

Each morning we awaken to receive 86,400 seconds as a gift of life, and when
we go to sleep at night, any remaining time is NOT credited to us.

What we haven't lived up that day is forever lost.

Yesterday is forever gone.

Each morning the account is refilled, but the bank can dissolve your account
at any time.... WITHOUT WARNING.

SO, what will YOU do with your 86,400 seconds?

Those seconds are worth so much more than the same amount in dollars.

Think about that, and always think of this:

Enjoy every second of your life, because time races by so much quicker than you think.

So take care of yourself, be Happy, Love Deeply and enjoy life, as we only get one shot at it.

Make it a habit

"Failure signifies a lack of training."
Hilton Johnson

"Each of us must experience one of two pains - the pain of discipline or the pain of regret. Which pain will you choose?"
Jim Rohn. 1930-2009

The best athletes make a point of having a good coach to improve their game and follow a plan of action they can execute.
The best sales people are mentored. They have coaches, goals and a plan of action they can execute.

If you are in sales of any kind and do not have a strategy or plan, consider the alternatives....

Remember,,many thing you can measure can be improved upon. (one of my mentors said that to me over 20 years ago)

Get a coach, make a plan, set the targets and make it happen!

Be accountable

In business as in life, we can make mistakes.
In my experience, when I make a mistake, I apologize.
Clients (as well as friends and loved ones) will forgive you if you are up front, honest and accountable for a mistake you made.

Clients can't stand having bad service and this includes when mistakes are made and there is zero accountability.

You may have all the valid excuses in the world. If you screwed up. Apologize.

You'll be glad you Just Did It! (and so will your clients)

"Every successful man I have heard of has done the best he could with conditions as he found them..."~ Edgar Watson Howe

Don't wish you could have, or wish you could be like.
Ask : "What do I have to do to have that?" Then execute!

In other words, Make It Happen!

You'll be glad you Just Did It.
